Work Schedule: Night (US/Canada time zone)
Duration: 3 Months Paid Internship
Role Description
As a Sales & Customer Success Intern at Fotello (in-person, Gurugram), you’ll work closely with the revenue team to support both lead conversion and customer retention. You’ll engage with free-trial users, assist in onboarding new customers, and ensure a smooth user experience throughout the journey.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the full customer lifecycle—from first interaction to long-term success—in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the free-trial → paid conversion funnel through timely outreach and follow-ups
- Engage with trial users via email, calls, and chat to understand their needs
- Assist in product demos and walkthroughs for prospective customers
- Help onboard new users and ensure a smooth initial experience
- Address basic queries and coordinate with the team for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/tools
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Support retention efforts by ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior internship experience in Sales (minimum 1) is mandatory. (Exposure to international markets is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, customer success, or SaaS business models
- Comfortable with calls, emails, and client interactions
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a startup environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn quickly
- Open to working in Night shift from office
