Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Relations Specialist based in Coimbatore. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with customers to deliver excellent service, building and maintaining client relationships, generating sales, and contributing to overall business growth. Daily tasks include communicating effectively with customers, identifying business development opportunities, providing training to enhance client satisfaction and sales effectiveness, and supporting sales management activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Proficient Customer Service skills to address customer needs and foster positive relationships
- Sales and Sales Management expertise to identify opportunities, strategize, and achieve targets
- Experience in Training to support and enhance customer understanding and product/service utilization
- Proactive attitude, ability to manage time efficiently, and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer relations, sales, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
