Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Manage and convert inbound leads from digital campaigns, WhatsApp, and on-ground society activations through relationship-based engagement (no cold calling).
- Guide customers through THW’s products, subscription models, and sustainability mission to drive informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer interactions within Zoho CRM to ensure smooth pipeline management.
- Handle customer queries and support requests across calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, repeat orders, referrals, and churn indicators to proactively improve retention and loyalty.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
