Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales & Customer Coordination Executive, located in the Greater Surat Area. The role involves daily calling and regular follow-up with customers, updating daily price trends, managing customer inquiries, promoting new products, processing orders, coordinating with the logistics teams, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The professional will handle customer accounts, manage documentation, assist in problem resolution, drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Experience in sales coordination or customer service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organizational efficiency, and data accuracy
- Familiarity with industrial or textile industry materials is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term relationships
