Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales cum Telecaller Executive who can actively connect with potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Sun Publicity’s services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database outreach
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and past prospects
- Fix meetings or appointments for the sales team / founders
- Maintain and update lead data, call records, and client interactions
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Skills & Requirements- Strong communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
