Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Sales Cum Resort Manager. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing day-to-day resort and property management operations, managing budgets, and recruiting and training staff. The manager will also work to enhance the overall guest experience while aligning sales strategies with the goals of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and addressing guest needs and expectations.
- Experience in Property Management, including maintaining facilities, safety, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight to optimize resources and ensure cost-effective management.
- Ability to handle Hiring processes such as recruiting, training, and team leadership for a well-functioning workforce.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or adventure tourism sector is a plus.
- Educational qualifications in hospitality management, business management, or a related field are preferred.
