Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executives
📍 Location: Gurugram

💰 Salary: INR 20,000 – 25,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
Dusky India is looking for energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to help expand our skincare brand across retail and distribution channels.
We are building a skincare movement focused on Indian skin tones, and we need people who can take the brand to the market with confidence, communication, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to distributors, wholesalers, boutique stores, salons, and retail outlets
- Cold calling and field visits for business development
- Ensure product placement and visibility at stores
- Build and maintain strong retailer/distributor relationships
- Coordinate and execute exhibitions, stalls, pop-ups, and promotional events
- Generate sales leads and close onboarding opportunities
- Assist in brand marketing activities and offline activations
- Share regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and cold calling
- Basic understanding of retail/FMCG/beauty industry preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
- Prior experience in sales, retail marketing, cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG is a plus
- Freshers with strong confidence and communication may also apply
