Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales cum Make-up Assistant. The role involves assisting customers with make-up application, showcasing product features, and recommending suitable products. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and promoting the brand’s values. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in customer service and communication to handle inquiries and ensure an excellent experience.
• Sales skills to support product promotion and achieve sales goals.
• Well-developed organizational skills to manage displays and stock effectively.
• Interest in cosmetics and make-up application techniques; prior experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in make-up application is advantageous.
