Role Description
The Sales cum Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Jharkhand, India. The role involves executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also participate in training initiatives and contribute to the overall sales and business development goals of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and align with company goals.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales or medical supplies is an advantage.
