Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales/CRM role based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for clients. Additionally, the role will involve overseeing sales processes, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and provide excellent client support
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve business goals and drive revenue
- Experience in Training to onboard and guide clients effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Familiarity with real estate and CRM tools is a plus
