We are looking for a smart, experienced Sales + CRM professional who can build strong relationships and drive real business on the ground.
🎯 Role Overview
This is a field-driven role — you’ll represent SquarFT, connect with people, build trust, and convert opportunities into deals.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Visit projects, local markets & businesses to introduce SquarFT
- Build strong relationships with builders, clients & partners
- Manage leads through CRM (follow-ups, tracking, conversion)
- Convert leads into site visits & closures
- Act as the on-ground face of the company
- Maintain daily updates & reporting in CRM
💼 Requirements
- Experience in sales / field work (must)
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of CRM & sales pipeline
- Self-driven & target-oriented mindset

Work From Office + Field – Indore
💰 Salary
Up to ₹30,000/month + Incentives 💸
