About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Counselor who will be responsible for lead generation, student counseling, and conversion for our educational courses and EdTech products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students and parents via calls, messages, and in-person interactions
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable educational courses, programs, and EdTech solutions
• Generate and manage leads through multiple channels (calls, referrals, campaigns, etc.)
• Drive conversions by effectively negotiating and closing sales
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counseling experience
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language knowledge is a plus)
