Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and provide appropriate guidance regarding VINI IAS programs. Responsibilities include reaching out to leads, conducting consultations, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and contributing to a high-quality customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability in Sales and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Organization Skills to manage client data and track progress
- Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting performance goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Previous experience in the EdTech or education sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
