Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Counselor based in Jaipur. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families to provide information about programs, guiding them through the enrollment process, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include developing relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication and organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly convey information and build relationships
- Sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals
- Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Prior experience in educational or aviation sales is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with a dynamic team
