Role Description
The Sales Counselor will be responsible for guiding aspiring pilots in making informed decisions regarding their aviation education and career paths. This full-time, on-site role is located in Jaipur and involves engaging with prospective students, explaining program details, and addressing their concerns. Responsibilities also include developing tailored solutions to meet individual needs, managing client relationships, and maintaining records of inquiries. The candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and enrollment objectives.
Qualifications
- 1-2. years of experience is required
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive interactions and experiences for all prospective students.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively conveying program information and answering inquiries.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and meet enrollment goals.
- Strong Organization Skills to effectively manage inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communication, or a related area is preferred.
- Experience in the aviation industry or educational counseling will be considered an advantage.
