Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Counselor. Without limitation, your core responsibilities shall include:
1.Ownership of assigned revenue and sales targets, individually and/or at team level
2.Conversion of qualified and warmed-up leads into enrolled learners
3.Oversight, guidance, and performance management of assigned sales or tele-calling resources
4.Ensuring disciplined follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and CRM accuracy
5,Maintaining high standards of ethical selling, learner alignment, and brand representation
6.Adherence to internal sales processes, scripts, pricing discipline, and escalation protocols
7.Contribution to sales strategy refinement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
1.Proven skills in Sales and Customer Satisfaction to effectively convert leads and build lasting client relationships
2.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs professionally
3.Excellent Organization Skills to manage client interactions, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping4.Ownership of assigned revenue and sales targets, individually and/or at team level

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month
