We are looking for a dynamic and confident Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for handling inquiries, guiding clients about our programs, and assisting in consultation bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Call & Inquiry Handling
• Handle incoming calls from Google, social media, referrals, and website inquiries
• Understand client requirements related to weight loss, lifestyle disorders, fitness, or nutrition
• Explain Aura’s consultation process and transformation programs
2. Lead Management
• Maintain proper records of inquiries and leads
• Track the source of leads (Google / Instagram / Referral)
• Maintain daily follow-up list
3. Consultation Booking
• Schedule consultation appointments for clients
• Send confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
• Coordinate with Dr. Saurabh and the nutrition team
4. Client Communication
• Professionally communicate Aura’s philosophy and services
• Provide accurate information about programs and services
• Maintain a positive and welcoming client experience
5. Basic Sales & Conversions
• Guide interested clients towards booking consultation
• Explain program structure and process
• Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest
Candidate Requirements
Education
• Graduate (Any stream)
Experience
• 1–3 years experience in:
• Customer relationship management
• Wellness clinic / healthcare industry
• Front office / counseling / sales
Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Organized and detail oriented
Preferred Qualities
• Friendly and confident personality
• Professional communication style
• Ability to build trust with clients
• Interest in health, wellness, or nutrition industry
