Role Description
The Sales Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for engaging with potential students and their families to provide counseling and guidance on course offerings. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries and walk-ins, building strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and documenting interactions in the system to ensure seamless follow-up. Collaboration with team members is vital to share insights and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with students and parents
- Proficiency in Sales and Organization Skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet sales targets
- Focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction through trust-building relationships and professional interactions
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A background in education counseling, sales, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
