🧭 Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Counsellor & Marketing Associate who will take charge of lead management, college visits, and building meaningful engagement with students across platforms and in-person events. This is a work-from-office role that requires regular travel to colleges and institutions in and around Kolkata.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Engagement & Conversion
Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and emails
Counsel students and parents on the CMA US program
Convert interested prospects into enrolled students through follow-ups and consistent guidance
✅ College Outreach & Field Marketing
Conduct regular visits to colleges for awareness sessions and workshops
Represent SMA Institute at academic events, career fairs, and seminars
Build and manage relationships with college faculty, training & placement cells
✅ BTL Marketing Initiatives
Execute on-ground promotional activities, branding exercises, and direct student interactions
Distribute brochures, set up kiosks, and assist in organizing student meets
✅ Reporting & Coordination
Maintain lead tracking, call logs, and conversion records using Excel/Google Sheets
Collaborate with the internal academic and operations team to ensure smooth student onboarding
👤 Who Should Apply?
✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali preferred)
✔ Comfortable with daily travel and interacting with students in person
✔ Strong interest in sales, counselling, and education marketing
✔ Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
✔ Professional, self-driven, and student-focused
