Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator with prior experience in the luxury segment. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining premium brand standards, and ensuring seamless coordination of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client interactions
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship tracking with a high level of professionalism
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned with luxury brand standards
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client preferences, and transactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order execution
Monitor inventory and assist in product availability updates for high-end clientele
Organize Exclusive Client Events, Showroom Visits, And Personalized Experiences
Ensure all client communications reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and tone
Track sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a luxury environment (e.g., high-end retail, hospitality, real estate, or premium automotive)
Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Preferred Attributes
Experience handling high-net-worth clients (HNI/UHNI)
Strong sense of aesthetics and brand sensitivity
Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information
