Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at Clix Capital's Thane location. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations and coordination tasks. Responsibilities include tracking and managing sales activities, assisting with documentation, maintaining client records, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Sales processes and familiarity with sales strategies
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships and provide timely support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office
