Role Objective – The Sales Coordinator – Wellness will play a critical role in supporting the Wellness Sales team by ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of the sales cycle. This includes effective client communication, timely preparation and follow-up of proposals, and accurate order processing.
The role will act as a central link between clients and internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery of services.
Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring timely responses to client queries, and supporting the team in achieving business targets through efficient coordination, data management, and process adherence.
The overall objective is to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Wellness business through structured and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales coordination
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with clients for approvals, orders, and documentation
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
- Regular follow-up with customer to identify and fulfil the requirements.
- Maintain inventory & availability of sales related materials.
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and coordination
- Ensure timely response and high service standards
- Maintain strong client engagement and follow-ups
- Order Processing & Documentation
- Coordinate for order booking and processing
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Track order status and update internal teams and clients
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with: Sales Team, Service, Logistics, Finance and ensure seamless execution of orders and services
- MIS & Reporting
- Maintain sales data and prepare MIS reports
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM systems
- Support management with required reports and analysis
- Support for Wellness Projects
- Coordinate for Wellness / Spa / Fitness-related projects
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and demos
Candidate Profile
- Education - Graduate in any discipline
- Experience - 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support
- Exposure to Spa / Wellness / Fitness solutions will be an added advantage
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and follow-up ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
