- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and generate leads.
- Explain services related to visa processing, international nursing registrations, and licensing.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments and achieve sales targets.
- Handle client queries and provide accurate service information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversion.
- Update CRM with call status, lead progress, and enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding after conversion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in tele calling / sales / counselling preferred.
- Basic knowledge of visa or healthcare registration services is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
