Nassguard is expanding! We are a leading supplier of premium industrial safety equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and specialized safety solutions across the GCC region. To support our rapid growth and our newly launched showroom in Jeddah, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This role is based out of our Bangalore office, focusing entirely on driving operations and supporting clients in the Saudi Arabian market.
Role Overview
- Primary Location: Bangalore, India
- Target Market: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- Travel Requirements: Must be willing and ready to travel to Saudi Arabia if needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the vital link between our Bangalore hub, the Saudi Arabia sales teams, and our GCC clients.
- Manage the complete sales order lifecycle, from processing initial inquiries and generating competitive quotes to coordinating with procurement and logistics.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, showroom staff, and accounts teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in managing sales pipelines, tracking orders, and updating customer databases.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or operations (experience in industrial supplies or B2B markets is a major plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across different regional time zones.
- Valid passport and complete readiness for periodic international travel to KSA.
- Big Plus Point: Proficiency in Arabic (spoken or written) will give you a significant advantage.
