Job Summary:
Support the sales team by managing orders, tracking distribution, and generating accurate MIS reports to ensure smooth sales operations across channels (retail/distributors).
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with sales team, distributors, and logistics for order processing and delivery.
-Track secondary sales, stock movement, and market performance.
-Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (sales, targets, inventory).
-Maintain and update sales data, distributor records, and pricing details.
-Monitor sales targets, schemes, and promotions.
-Handle basic customer/distributor queries and follow-ups.
Requirements:
-Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field.
-1–3 years experience in sales coordination/MIS (FMCG or beverages preferred).
-Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic analysis).
-Good communication and coordination skills.
