Sales Co-ordinator Location- Thane Experience- 2 years minimum Budget

- Administrative Support Assist the sales team with daily operational tasks Manage schedules, meetings, travel plans, and appointments Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations
- Customer Support Maintain and update customer records and databases Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Sales Coordination Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Telecalling & Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and online platforms Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets
- Communication & Teamwork Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, accounts, and logistics Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and exhibitions
- Data Handling & Reporting Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends Assist in setting sales targets and preparing budgets Generate reports to support strategic business decisions Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Sales Support / Telecalling) Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities Experience in telecalling and lead conversion Strong organizational and multitasking skills
