About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and drive client conversions in the 3PL / D2C logistics space.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from PPC, website, and social media, coordinate with sales team for B2B & D2C clients, prepare and share proposals/quotations, follow up for closures and onboarding, and coordinate with operations & billing teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales
• Knowledge of 3PL / warehousing / logistics
• Understanding of D2C / e-commerce fulfillment (pick-pack-ship, RTO, RTV)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
