Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations through effective communication and customer service, managing client relationships, and coordinating between internal teams to ensure smooth workflows. The role also involves assisting in sales processes, maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the timely execution of client deliverables. Collaboration with the sales and operations teams will be a key aspect of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support overall sales activities and processes.
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client queries and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with internal teams and customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using sales and communication tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the packaging, manufacturing, or relevant industrial sectors is advantageous.
