Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive to support the sales team by managing sales orders, coordinating with production and logistics departments, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills with hands-on experience in sales administration and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales order processing and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative and coordination activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers for order status updates.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of order processing and sales coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/software systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Administration.
- Candidates from manufacturing or industrial background will be preferred.
