Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily operations, ensuring effective communication between internal teams, and coordinating sales activities. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, processing orders, providing customer service, tracking sales performance, and liaising with different departments to ensure smooth operations. The candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and contribute to achieving sales targets through organizational support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to effectively manage and monitor sales processes and workflows
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Basic knowledge of Sales principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency with sales and customer management software is an advantage
- Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
