Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Thane. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, assist with order processing, liaise with clients, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities also include coordinating with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and streamlining communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage processes and support business goals
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and maintain positive client relations
- Experience in Sales and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
- Proficient organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM software, and basic data analysis
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a related role or industry is advantageous
