Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Mumbai. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, assist in order processing, maintain sales records, and analyze data to ensure efficient sales activities. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team, support customer service efforts, and ensure timely communication and coordination between departments. Additionally, the role involves assisting with follow-ups, preparing sales reports, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Coordination, and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
- Attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a sales coordination or similar administrative role is preferred
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
CTC - 3 to 5 LPA
