Job Summary
TECQNIO is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Team Leader to manage sales coordination activities and support smooth business operations.
The candidate will be responsible for handling quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, customer communication, CRM updates, and leading the sales support team to ensure smooth execution from quotation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Team Handling
• Lead and handle the Sales Coordination team
• Support Sales Executives in daily operations
• Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Store, Logistics, and OPE teams
• Ensure timely follow-ups and operational execution
• Monitor team activities and maintain workflow discipline
Quotation & Order Management
• Prepare accurate quotations for IT hardware products
• Process Sales Orders (SO) and verify pricing, SKU, quantity, and GST details
• Coordinate pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines
• Track orders from quotation to delivery completion
Customer Communication & Follow-ups
• Act as a point of contact for customer order-related queries
• Share order status, dispatch updates, and documentation
• Ensure professional customer communication and support
• Follow up with customers for smooth order execution
Inventory & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for stock allocation and dispatches
• Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
• Resolve delivery delays or operational issues
CRM, MIS & Documentation
• Maintain CRM and sales records accurately
• Generate sales MIS and order tracking reports
• Manage quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and warranty documents
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
Required Skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations
• Good knowledge of CRM/ERP tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
• Leadership and team handling capability
• Knowledge of IT Hardware industry preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
• Experience in IT Hardware / Technology Solutions industry preferred
