Role Overview – Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to identify potential business opportunities and support our sales pipeline through research, prospecting, and initial engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to identify potential business clients
- Initiate outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to connect with prospects
- Generate and qualify leads based on company requirements (industry, size, IT needs, etc.)
- Maintain and update lead data consistently on CRM or Excel sheets
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team with warm leads
- Collaborate with marketing for running targeted lead generation campaigns
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: BBA, BCom, BA)
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation for IT products, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong internet research and calling abilities
- Self-driven and highly organized
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure is an added advantage
