Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Medical Division team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal departments, managing customer interactions, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely execution of customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer databases, quotations, sales reports, and documentation.
• Support sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, accounts, service, and operations teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely communication regarding order status and requirements.
• Track sales orders and ensure proper documentation throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, sales analysis, and performance tracking.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and support CRM management activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry and administrative support related to sales operations.
• Support coordination activities for customer meetings, demonstrations, and internal communication.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under timelines.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Back Office Sales, or Commercial Coordination preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical equipment, industrial, or technology sectors will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Management / Any Graduate
OR
MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred
