Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Role Purpose
To serve as the strategic operational link between the Vertical Sales Head and the field sales team. Your mission is to ensure "sales readiness" by eliminating operational friction, managing the lifecycle of dealer schemes, and navigating back-end departments (IT, Distribution, Finance) so the sales force remains focused on revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement & Support
- Scheme Management
- Operational Troubleshooting: Act as the "first responder" for sales team hurdles - whether it’s a glitch in the ordering app (IT) or a delay in a warehouse shipment (Distribution).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Follow up with non-sales departments wherever required.
2. Vertical Coordination
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify "friction points" in the sales cycle and propose process improvements.
- Direct Customer Engagement: Manage high-touch follow-ups with identified dealer accounts to verify service satisfaction, resolve escalated delivery disputes, and ensure billing alignment.
3. Intelligence & Market Feedback
- Feedback Loop: Synthesize field observations and salesperson feedback into actionable insights for the Vertical Head.

Influence Skills - The ability to get results from departments (like IT or Logistics) where you may not have direct authority.
System Savvy - Comfortable navigating CRM, ERP, and internal ticketing systems.
