Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Vadodara. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales coordination tasks, support sales operations, and assist the sales team in achieving objectives. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients, order processing, maintaining updated records, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role involves working with cross-departmental teams to streamline sales and operational processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to efficiently support sales processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales, including an understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
