Position - Sales Coordinator Freshers/ Experience Qualification: Any graduate Location: Kandivali East (Nearby station) Job Summary: The Sales is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and smooth operations of the sales department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities primary duties of a Sales in the safety industry include: B2B Sales: Managing both business-to-business sales of Industrial safety training. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identifying new clients, generating leads, and acquiring new business for safety products and solutions. Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare proposals and presentations for clients and present them through VC/in-person. Quotation & Negotiation: Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on specific requirements, getting approval from Management, and negotiating payment terms. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Market Analysis: Understanding industry trends and market dynamics related to safety services. Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth technical knowledge of the safety products being sold (e.g., telecom and non-telecom services & industrial safety Training services, etc.). Operating the ERP in day-to-day activities Reporting: Analysing sales data and reporting on business activities and results to management. Travel: Attending exhibitions (PAN India) and then interacting with prospective Clients, enter their data in ERP, send emails make Phone calls and follow up with them so that they turn into clients. Visiting clients locations to develop customer relations and build sales Follow up: End-to-end sales process, including payment follow-up in association with the Accounts Department.Liaison with other depts like Operations and Accounts in case of need regarding the sales delivery process.And this job is not limited to the above, which may include anything related to enhancing sales.
