Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales operations by managing customer interactions, coordinating with the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of orders, and maintaining records of sales activities. This individual will act as a key point of communication between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to support and streamline sales processes effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Ability to understand and contribute to overall Sales goals and strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Prior experience in a sales or coordinator role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
