Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in New Delhi. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist in managing and coordinating the company’s sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage with customers to provide excellent service, support the sales team with operational tasks, and ensure smooth communication between different departments. Additionally, you will oversee order management, track sales metrics, and contribute to the achievement of sales goals by maintaining organized documentation and timely updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales or similar roles, with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
