Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage quotes, orders, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, resolve issues, and support account growth.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of IT products or infrastructure services, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru South.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role in IT or services is an advantage.
