Urgent hiring for / Sales Co-Ordinator /Mumbai(Thane)
Location: Thane
Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator
Experience- 3+ years
Salary – Up to 50k
Working days- 6 Days
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client communication, documentation, and order processing. The role involves close coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and timely delivery of projects/orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for day-to-day activities and follow-ups
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Handle client communication regarding inquiries, orders, and updates
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution
- Track order status and coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, accounts, operations)
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and MIS
- Follow up on payments and support the accounts team when required
- Assist in tender submissions and documentation
- Maintain client database and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support sales team in achieving targets through coordination and backend support
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in sales coordination / backend sales support
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in handling quotations, proposals, and documentation
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in engineering / EPC / manufacturing / project-based industry
- Familiarity with tendering process is an added advantage
