About OB Khakra
OB Khakra is a fast-growing brand from Oberoi Foods, bringing authentic, healthy Indian snacks to households across India. As we scale our distribution, we’re building a strong on-ground sales team and need a sharp Sales Coordinator to keep it running like clockwork.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator is the backbone of our daily field sales operations. You’ll be the single point of contact between the sales team and management,
ensuring every salesman follows the plan, covers the market, and hits targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Coordination: Connect with all assigned salesmen multiple times a day to track progress and resolve issues in real time.
2. Route & Beat Plan Compliance: Check daily route plans and beat plans. Ensure salesmen strictly follow assigned routes and cover all mapped outlets.
3. Store Coverage: Verify that salesmen visit 100% of assigned stores daily. Track missed outlets and push for completion.
4. New Store Development: Drive new store openings in assigned territories. Coordinate with salesmen to identify and onboard potential outlets.
5. Territory Discipline: Ensure salesmen operate only within their allocated areas. Flag and correct any deviations.
6. Reporting & MIS: Collect daily sales data, stock reports, and market feedback. Maintain accurate records and share timely updates with ASM.
7. Issue Resolution: Be the first line of support for salesmen. Address operational issues, coordinate with dispatch/logistics, and escalate when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years experience as Sales Coordinator/ MIS Executive in FMCG, Foods, or Beverages
- Strong command over Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic sales apps
- Excellent follow-up and people management skills
- Street-smart, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with field staff all day
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA/B.Com preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Marathi & Gujarati + Hindi/English
