We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing business. If you have experience in handling quotations, follow-ups, and basic CRM tasks, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsiblities
- Manage and update CRM records
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Follow up with customers on inquiries and orders
- Maintain records of purchase orders (POs) and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of coordination experience (manufacturing industry preferred, but not mandatory)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
