Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located at Chennai Head Office for the position of Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, support the sales team, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing sales orders and coordinating dispatch schedules
* Ensuring timely delivery and customer support
* Coordinating with internal departments including production, planning, logistics, accounts, and commercial teams
* Order follow-up and payment follow-up with customers
* Maintaining strong customer relationships and handling operational coordination
* Preparing MIS reports, sales reports, and order tracking data to support organizational goals

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and CRM software will be an added advantage
* Working knowledge of Beverage Packaging industry will be preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field

Experience Required
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Coordination role
* Preferably from Packaging Industries / PET Preforms / Caps / Glass / Packaging Machinery industries

* Hindi & English mandatory
* Any additional regional language will be an added advantage
