Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will perform key tasks including coordinating sales activities, managing communications between internal teams and clients, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in managing sales operations. The role also involves maintaining databases, preparing sales reports, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support and enhance sales processes
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Understanding of Sales techniques and the ability to support the sales team in achieving targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for managing customer data and sales workflows
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or sales support is preferred but not mandatory
