Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through client coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships. The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by handling outbound/inbound calls and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services/products.
- Handle inbound enquiries from customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, client visits, and closures.
- Maintain and update customer databases, lead trackers, and MIS reports.
- Share daily call reports and sales updates with management.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- 1-2 years prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales coordination preferred.
Compensation: 15k/month
