Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property details. Responsibilities include coordinating site visits, scheduling meetings, and following up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely responses. The role involves handling customer inquiries, updating sales reports and CRM systems, and assisting with documentation related to bookings and agreements. The Sales Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and a consistent client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage leads, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service to engage prospects, address queries, and support conversions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools for reporting, data entry, and tracking sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in real estate or a sales coordination role is an advantage but not mandatory.
