Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing orders, maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in sales operations. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to meet client requirements effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, including tracking orders and providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including preparing sales reports and monitoring targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
