Role Description

This is an on-site full time role located in Curry road Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day communication with customers, supporting sales operations, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves facilitating seamless interactions between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and products.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 experience in Sales Support and knowledge of Sales Operations.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Sales Coordination expertise to manage and streamline sales activities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: 2 LPA to 5 LPA (Negotiable for right candidate based on qualification, communication skills, leadership skills, experience etc.)
